Returning Homeward

When we sit still and focus, our souls return homewards. We leave all of the noise and distraction and travel upwards and then outwards further and further until we are spread too thin to hurt or worry. We feel a fraction of what we will feel when we die and our souls leave this plane, a fraction of the peace and happiness and stillness. All is well.
